I think we can all agree on one thing – Margot Robbie would look stunning even if she wore a paper bag. But we love watching her add her flair to the red carpets, wearing anything from sexy dresses to chick outfits, bohemian looks or pieces from some of the world’s most famous designers. She has been seen wearing many in the recent years – Gucci, Calvin Klein, Miu Miu, Prabal Gurung, Isabel Marant and Alexander McQueen, just to name a few. It doesn’t matter if she plays it casual or glamorous; Margot steals the room in anything she wears.

In high school, we had a graduation dinner, and everyone was buying really expensive dresses and things, but I couldn’t buy a dress. So I found this old kind of like a cha-cha skirt in the dress-up box at home, and I pulled it up above my bust and put a belt around my waist, and it looked, I thought, awesome, and actually everyone else thought it was awesome too. They would come up to me and be like, “Oh, where did you get your dress?” And I just lied through my teeth and said, “It’s Willow,” which is like a cool designer brand in Australia. I wasn’t like going crazy and saying it’s Chanel, and I wasn’t saying it was like Zara, which didn’t actually exist back then, but I was like, “Yeah, it’s Willow.” And everyone was like, “Margot has a great Willow dress on tonight.” – Margot Robbie

Back when Margot first started gracing the red carpets, when she was on the Australian soap “Neighbours”, she would usually be seen wearing cute and summery dresses, and colorful outfits. Some of the most memorable to us being the 2009 Australian Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, the TV Week Logies 2009 – Nominations party, and the stunning white dress from the 52nd TV Week Logie Awards in 2010.

As her star status blossomed, Margot’s style slowly went more and more from the-girl-next-door to gorgeous high fashion. Wearing designers such as Gucci, Proenza Schouler and Alexander McQueen, Margot’s fashionesta status was become a fact.

Whether the Legend of Tarzan actress wows in a deep-plunge evening gown or experiments with a low-key trousersuit assemble – Margot has definitely earned the status as a bonefide fashionesta. – Lifestyle

Even though she might look all glam and fabulous at the red carpets, Margot states she’s not much of a girly-girl when it comes to fashion. She does however love to dress up for the big events… So much in fact, that she told Vogue Magazine that she thinks she loves the getting ready part even more than the actual events!

My general beauty tip is—I read it somewhere once—if you have to ask someone if you should wash your hair or not, it means you should.
